Since 1956 our founder Mr. Maangudi was a great landlord and a merchant of paddy and rice. After him the business was continued by Mr. Kasinathan (Makkankasi). In the mid of 1970 he was the first person to open Ponni Rice mill in our area with the name Maangudi Sathyanar Modern rice mill which was having all the technical facility in that period.
