In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. We are very keen on choosing products, packing and deliver it. In extreme conditions due to some transit damages / wrong product / human error in packing / missing product happen, in that we are open to accept the query from you.
Customers - as you are opt to cancel the order before shipping and return the goods if any damage / find some issue in quality and other unsatisfactory reasons. Products with same value will be shipped again to you.
- Items will be returned in original / received condition.

We do not provide refunds but for the value of product, new products or similar products will be delivered as soon as possible.
- Order cancellation can be made at customer care through mail (email@example.com) or call (9047044444).
- If any return due to wrong address or non availability during delivery then you may need to pick up the delivery or in an extra cost it will be delivered again as we are providing free delivery offer and it can be consumed for a single time only.
- Every day consumables (eg., vegetables, dairy products) should be verified during delivery and query should be raised within that day itself otherwise we can’t take that query.
- If we found guilty on transactions / returning by any customer then we will discard the order or returns will not be taken.
- Any products returned by you can be evaluated by our product quality team and then eligibility can be decided for replacements.
- In case of refund, the payment will be credited within 7 working days.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not get ordered products within the said period we will provide a refund within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
It's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're open to take something back.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance , please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.
We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at 9047044444 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
